Which power supply would you use?

Allright, only reason I ask this is because ther're properties are quite different... The first one, (one I'm using now) is a "powerup" unit I beleive, some type of as far as I can tell generic unit that came with my case. Its rated at 350watts, but it only has 4 molex connectors!

The second option I have is an antec 300watt with 6 molex connectors, which would work out alot better for me, (2 cdrom, 1 hdd, 5 fans, 2x lights)

The only reason I'm using the 350 watt that came with the case is because its rated higher than the antec, and it was allready in there but with my voltages all over the place, and me trying to squeeze every last stable mhz out of my xp2400+ I'm wondering if even though the antec is a lower rated wattage, it might produce cleaner, more stable power? Any thoughts? Here is my system:

A7v8x
xp2400 currently at 2340mhz (13x180)
OCZ 256meg pc3200 (x2) cas2,2,2,6
GF4 Ti440 (stock for now)
SB Live
WD 80gig
12x creative DVD
48x16x48x cendyne, or whosit burner

I'd use the Antec. Powerup ones usually don't last long.

Anyway, why not change and see. It's easy to switch.

But since it's an older antec version the results may not be as good as you'd want. I'd think better than the powerup though.
