well, Samsung has 4 GB NAND flash chips, it's conceivable that they could have packed 16 of them in there...

for 5000 bucks, i wonder how long it would last =D, or how quickly i would lose it, i lost my last flash drive 512MB =( think i dropped it in a nightclub i went to striaght after uni.
