If your BIOS supports a fast startup mode ( my older cheapo ASrock does, so should be pretty common) BIOS posts in a couple seconds, and Win boots up in about 7 on a single M.2 It's pretty nice.Nice build. You may as well get the TI version of the 1070. I don't think it's much more than vanilla.
Two M.2' s? If you raid those please post benchmarks. Your bios is going to take longer to post than Windows with those.
I actually kicked the SBlaster card to the curb because it is all kinds of picky on startup and I had to disable the fast bootup so it would init properly.
