Anyways, the title says it all. Was there ever a 600mhz coppermine with 512k L2 cache? Not 100% sure if I have my facts straight on this one..... How can you designate a Katami by chip markings? Thanks ---

512k of cache and 2 - 2.05v are katmai. you'll also notice that there are 2 cache chips on the cpu card.

There has never been a coppermine with more than 256k of cache... as the cache is built into the cpu die. The 512k is as bio said.. external chips on the cpu pcb(slot 1 card).
