Click the "Intel Platform" or "AMD Platform" buttons for the list.
You don't need to download a new BIOS, although if you download the new one, TPM is enabled by default now, although many of the new BIOS' are betas.
The simpler thing to do is follow the instructions to manually enable TPM.
