would a c2-600 o/c'ed to 800+ be a worthwhile change from my current p3-550e @ 715? there is no cost (i can just borrow from a friend)...is it worth the trouble?

depending on what you do. Cad, gaming, 3dstudio, video editing, no (cache over a few mhz there). If you just want to play on the internet, wordprocess, some low end gaming then yes.

I would take the extra 128k rather than the 85mhz..
