hi everyone,
im a newby and ive entered with my case, its the first time i touched de case in a different way then just turning it on or placing new hardware.
i dont want to sound cocky but im pretty proud of what i did, and people have to look very close to notice that its not real wood.
now i would like to hear some new ideas to do next with my hightower
if you would like to see more about my case then you can check it here

Nice job...good clean lines.
Not much you can add though, a window would be wasted with the tower
sitting against the wall on that side. Maybe a blowhole (fan blowing out the top),
how are the temperatures inside? I noticed the top two drive bays are empty,
maybe an LCD or a nameplate in place of the drive bay blanks with lights behind it.
I just surf the casemod galleries to get ideas to expand on. You can use
google.com to find more of those.
Anyway, keep up the good work!....ciao.

thanks for the ideas, Diggrr
the LCD idea i like very much, and something with lights i also like.
i will look into it, i surely will search google for more.
about the fan i also like, though i already have 2 highpower fans on the backside and a oversided one on the cpu.
the last temp i measured was arround 50 celcius (122 F) much higher it dosnt go (luckily

)
the people at the store adviced me to make effort on the fans to prevent overheating when i started to build my comp.
thanks a lot.

i`ve been trying to get a new temp reading on the cpu, after a friend told me 50c is a bit high for a cpu and it gives always the same temp, though yesterday i found out that i do not have the cable connected to the mb, actually i dont have the cable at all

so the program allways gives the same reading. give me handbag and call me trudy
but after running the comp for hours i can still normally touch the cpu and with a normal temp meter i get only a temp arround 28-30c but its just in the case itself and not the cpu.

is 50C while the processor is on full load?
well... regardless... as long as you don't have crashes and are 100% stable i think it's fine...
my last cpu ran at 47C at idle and 56-57C at full load...
maybe you have too much thermal compound... what brand are you using... if you aren't using artic silver or artic silver alumina, i really suggest you try that... really helps with cooling
