Never seen it....
However, you could fold the ribbon cable the way you want it, and then paint it black with some type of quality paint that is slightly flexible. If you only move it a slight amount when putting the cable back in the case, you can probably get it hooked up without breaking much of the paint off. Then a touch-up brush can take care of the few places where the paint cracked or chipped off.
Another option - sleeve the cable with some black material, even womans stocking material (or black nylons). This would also be difficult to work with, as it can tear easily. You would have to cut it and use one side of the flat ribbon cable to be the "back" side where you bond the nylon seam. Come to think of it, this approach could work out quite well if you take your time. I'm sure your wife won't mind you going through her lingerie drawer....:tongue

Let's not forget....
...the Thermaltake X-View electroluminscent panel. Get one of these kits for less than $20, cut it to the size you want, and make a unique backlight for a case badge or logo.

Internal liquid cooling and cathode, nothing like a bunch of glowing tubes. Didnt do for the factory install of the system, wouldnt have cooled any better than the f/hs that cam with the cpu. Told you thermaltake sucked.
Pulling hot air through you radiator? Seems a little basackwardz to me. Nothing like a cpu heater

So....
How do you really feel about Thermaltake? I think they make some unique products. They are cheaper in quality than CoolerMaster, but they aren't the bottom of the barrel....
