well a window of some sort. I prefer a nice etched window. Can get one from http://www.xport1.com then some nice lighting with maybe blue, white, or UV and maybe lighted fans.

Route and wrap the cables to cut clutter a bit.

I dont remember the size of the ps in that case, but if there is room uptop between the cdrom drive and the PS put a nice fan up there to pull soem extra air out.

You'll need to....

...add a window for sure, along with painting the case and drives. I bet a power supply upgrade would make lots of sense too, as you probably have one in there that is barely able to keep the system running (minimal headroom). If you add some lights and maybe a few fans, the power requirements could push you into a stability issue. :o

Thats not an opinion, thats a fact.
Everything in that case is propietary crap. You wont be able to get a suitable powersupply upgrade for it because of the way its mounted.

And unless you are REALLY creative and can spend lots of time, I would say dont waste your precious time on that case.

Yes, you could put a window.....but you wouldnt see anyhting other than the air intake and the powersupply and the drive cages.

The only feasable mod I can see you doing to it, would be a extra extravegant paintjob. Or a small window with some sort of gimmik in the lower front end where the extra room is.
Gone for good. But never say never
