is there a way to take the ports of the back of a mobo and wire them on as to alow the back of the mother board to be up agenst something but still be able to use the ports? becasue i bult a computer in my old subwuffer casse and there isnt any acses to the back ports....
Nope.
I would not try to mess with the wiring of the output ports of the motherboard. Instead, I would modify the mounting of the motherboard so that I have a few inches of space between the ports and the back of your subwoofer case. If there isn't room, then consider cutting out a hole in the subwoofer case (for port access), or going with a micro-ATX size motherboard.

me being the impashint fool that i am i have the mother board installed and i have the ports faceing down i dont really need acsess to them i have room for a keyboard and a usb plug ( a small one)... im still wateing on the back panle to be cut out and i was just wondering if it would be posible but i can make do with out them...
