bla. whats the bottom look like? they dont look like they will be verry quiet or move that much air if they are quiet. I have allways been a fan of the TDM (or is it TMD?) stuff from YS Tech. I just wish they would make them in some more sizes other then 70mm.

As I know, it's 8 cm Fan... and the SPAC as below:
Weight:192.67g
Fan Speed: Top?F1402rpm ~ 2986rpm, Down:1453rpm ~ 3056rpm)
Air Flow: 20CFM ~ 40CFM
Air Pressure: 1mmH2O ~ 4mmH2O
Noise: 22dB ~ 47.5dB
.....I think that will be ok for noise...

upon further inspection there are 2 seperate fans in that one unit. a top and bottom. they spin in the oppisit directions and work much like the delta tornado fans with the exception that the second set of baldes are not static.
Colors are neat..

I would worry about how long they would last- not good experiences with small fans

if they spin in opposite directions....wouldnt that cancel out the airflow? or push it down in the amount that goes through?
I like the colors...especially the blue/silver, red/silver, purple/gold. But whos making them? cost? connection? sizes? (what in the hells a CM? i prefer MM or inch)

I could be wrong, but as long as they're both blowing down, it wouldn't make a difference unless the bottom fan wasn't pushing as much or more air (as it would be pulling it through faster) than the top fan?

hang on ill explain how this all works.
ok lets just say you have 2 seperate fans. one spins CW and the other spins CC (clockwise, counter clockwise). they both blow down.
now with only one fan the air comming out of the back is moving down and it is also rotating in the same direction as the blades are spinning.

On the delta fans they add a second set of static blades to take advantage of the rotating air to furter accelerate it and increse the volume of air flow. How this works is instead of the blades turniong the air is and when it hits the blades it has the same effect as when static air hits moving blades. So by having the second set of blades spining in the opisit direction your able to take advantage of the allready rotating air mass and thus get double the amount of air with half the RPM.
I hope that makes some sense.
