how to wire 4 LED's off the power supply

Use the yellow and black wires if your using 1k resistors and you should be just fine.
I did just this, worked great!


I am still in the middle of it, I did a test though before I finished to make sure it works, and it works just how I wanted.

a bread board is a small peice of plastic with a bunch of holes in it with conductive metal plates in the back
kind like the plug and pray of electronics, u dont need to soldier anything to get your project to work

ahhh, that prolly wouldnt have worked for me, the wiring for the LED is all under the mother board, so there isn't much room

yea thoes arent meant for peomant install. If im building a circit for the first time ill build it on one of them and if it works then move it to a regular board and solder it all in place.

good glad i could help... my latest LED thingy is done and was shown to the public at LAN gasm this weekend. Ill get pics and what nots some time this week.
