I don't think you can buy one. People have made their own. Its a lot of work.

I think its going a bit too far when you have to water cool your PS.. its a closed unit that works fine on air. by only cooling the regulators and not having any air flow you will allow the transformers and other parts to heat up. and if they get too hot then its going to self destruct any ways. so unless the whole thing is going to sit it a pool of water ist pointless.

I think the whole idea of it is to have the most stealth computer possible (within reason) so i'm guessing thier doing it in theory and reality.

just swap out the fan for a quiet one. or get one of them Zalman PS that come quiet out of the box.
