They sent me an email telling me to power cycle the modem. Took a long time to come back up - looks like it was installing a firmware update. When finished, I saw a big improvement in download speed.
I was originally getting 240 Mbit/s and now I'm getting 360 Mbit/s.
Upload stayed the same at 11 Mbit/s
Comcast bumped my download speed by 100 MB/s

Oh I wish. I probably could get it with a business account, assuming their infrastructure supports it here, but honestly the 240 speed has been more than enough, and the free bump is appreciated.
