Excalibur GeForce3 Card-Fan Noisy-Company or Card?

I bought a "Pine Tech" Excalibur GeForce3 Nvidia 64MB DDR AGP 4X Video Card. I am on the second card. The first card, the fan was extremly noisy. The second one is better, but is is Very noticable. My computer is in the bedroom and on 24/7. Is this noise part of the Video card or is it due to the manufacturer? I have had Geforce 2 Card(Annialator 2) and Radeon 64 DDR VIVO, and both cards weren't that noticable. Help or suggestions appreciated, thanks.
