hello asll!

i made a back up of my harddisk with 'nero back it up' but now cant restore it?? (when burned it said it was ok) but when i try to restore it it asks for a 'nbs' file which i dont have on any of those back up discs??
any answers people??
i have some inmportant pics that i want back...is there any other way to open those 'nerobackup.jpeg- zipped files'??

if u fix this i would like to know as well
i have 5 dvds with 20 gigs of important media files that are failed to be recognized by any pc dvd rom drive
