What type of Visual Display Features does WIN2000 and WIN98 support?
Whats' the major difference between getting a card like Matrox G450 with dual display than using two separate cards and using Windows to set up a dual display.

Are there features that Windows don't have in dual setup compared to Matrox G450 drivers?

what i meant was that, what types of display features does a dual monitor set up using TWO cards in win2000 and win98 include comparatively to using ONE card (Matrox, ATI, GeforceMX) dual display driver software.

It's called Multimon and what it's designed to do is allow you to use two vid cards (or more) and monitors as one big continuous desktop.

In Win2k, if you aren't using two separate cards, I think you can't do different refresh/resolutions.

Multimon so one of the features in win2k using two cards is stretching the desktop across.

what other features are there or is that all

is there that feature where u just have two separate desktops and u can put stuff from the 1st to the 2nd. etc.

what features does multimon have that matrox g450 doesn't or what features does matrox g450 have and multimon doesn't.
