Depends on your CPU. What are you using for 3D now?
Assuming you have enough horsepower (P2-400 or better) the Geforce MX is a good budget solution in the $100 - $140 range. Performs almost as fast as a Geforce GTS at lower resolutions.

Christians warn us about the anti-christ for 2,000 years, and when he shows up, they buy a bible from him.

I'd say Radeon also, but this is just from what I heard about it. I'll be able to tell you more come Monday and it arrives!

Radeon's an unknown for me, so I can't personally recommend it - not to mention that 12 years of past experience with ATI and their SH@TTY driver support has made me very sour on them (to be fair I've hear a lot of good things about the Radeon and drivers seem to be maturing very nicely - latest set seems to cure most of the earlier complains).
I have a Geforce DDR which I upgraded to from a Voodoo3 and I love it. The Geforce MX is a bit faster, overall, than a Geforce DDR - and actually a cheaper in most configurations. It's definately the budget card I'd buy now.
If you have the green backs to burn, though, get a Geforce2 GTS.
