Google Pixel 3 XL leak shows notch and USB-C headphones

Postby Losbot » Wed Aug 08, 2018 1:47 pm

https://www.androidpolice.com/2018/08/08/images-google-pixel-3-xl-production-unit-leak-usb-c-earbuds-box/

On-screen content seems to confirm that we're looking at a Pixel 3 XL running Android 9 with an 8-core Qualcomm processor — that we assume is the Snapdragon 845 — and an Adreno 630 GPU. A resolution of 1440x2960 with a pixel density of 494 is also stated, and there's further confirmation that the device will have just 4GB of RAM.

Don't mind the notch, and I've gotten used to not having the earphone jack. If reviews are good I may upgrade next year and give the wife my Pixel 2 XL

During Prime day I got a Essential for 250, and let me tell ya, I got used to the minimal notch pretty quick. Headphone jack missing bugs me, but battery life is so good on the phone that I can live without it, since I have not found myself needing to charge while using headphones yet.

If it's as good as expected, I'll be doing similar, giving my wife my Pixel 2 and I'll take the Pixel 3.
