confusion came to a end i did stick with sprint. but drop are monthly bill by $40 per month .doing a new unlimited plan . had to let go of the plan we were on for the last 16 years .
old plan allowed for free phone upgrades every 2 years . now they sprint wont give free replacements . they lease you phones at $$$ per month on top of your plans base price. anyway now if i need a phone it out of my pocket . I just have it added to the plan or pick a new plan and do the lease agreement :(
also figure in 12 months I'll saved enough for one brand new cell phone. Im sure I can find deals on eBay or craigslist if need one.

They lease you the phone so they can depreciate it for tax savings, before they resell it to 3rd world.
