They do make some really tiny ones. I have one I use for really tight places like that.

I actually searched for "tiny forceps" and these popped up:

There's a lady at my local flea market that sells a hug variety of shapes and sizes. I've misplaced those tiny ones when I moved to the new house. Need to see her again.
