Considering most calls for scams come from compromised corporate IPX phone systems this won't affect them. Or maybe in a round about way it will. Company gets added to black list and then figures out phone system has been hacked and fixes it. Overall phone security goes up... I dont know.

We can put a man on the moon, but can't stop scammers using phones.
