Apple phone email receiving problem.

Im a android phone and windows computer user . I have a problem when people using Apple phone sending emails to me . all I'm receiving blank emails without text/context. I do see the senders info in the from senders like the phone no.and cells company its from . ensample of what I'm saying.

Ok if you are sure

talk to other who have apple phones and tablets and they get all the context or links . any idea how or if there is a fix for this ?

pm.sprint.com is Sprint's Picture Mail service. I'm guessing you're getting it from people who are on Sprint or T-Mobile?

Or is that just one example of an address?

You using the generic email app on your phone, or the gmail app?

FP im using mail.com as my app. both on my phone and computer same program /mail service for as long as I can remember now .
