my screen at times black out for a second and then returns like nothing happen ! its happening a couple times a day it seem . then the laptops fine for hours and out of the blue it blink out ! its a dell vostro 15 3510 .laptop problem maybe :(

Model year is 2021?
What I would do is to download a Linux Mint ISO on a bootable flash drive (8 gigs), then boot from it. It will NOT change anything to Windows. See if you have the same issue while running Mint. If you don't see any change, then it could be windows corruption. Open a command prompt as admin, and run this: sfc /scannow
See if finds any corrupt files.
