LOL and who do they think they are dealing with? Of course the government is dumb enough to agree to that contract to "save a few dollars"

This isnt a dumb government issue. This is a corruption issue.

Even though that language is in the contract, I don't think it's enforceable. However, as stated above, this is simply corruption.

PR announced that they are repudiating this contract. It was apparently awarded to a 2 person shop in N. Dakota? which was friends with the guy from the same place who was handing out contracts.
