I actually don't have a problem with that. He visited her in the hospital, and campaigns use photos like that. We could ask why there's any kind of 'campaign' ad 3 years before the election, but whatever. I can't even call 'bad optics' on this one.
To me this is an example of the media creating outrage when there really isn't any.
There are SO MANY really awful things Trump does and says, so why focus on something like this? The media and the left are starting to sound like the little boy who cried wolf.

If anything, this is one of the most "polititian" things he's been involved with.
