I think this one issue is probably irritating him more than anything else. She's not going away. She's not some "broke actress looking for money" (her net worth is estimated at $2 million). And she's enjoying the hell out of this.
If he's stupid enough to ACTUALLY take her all the way to a courtroom over this, there's going to be some embarrassing things brought up he'd probably rather not air in public. Not just details about the alleged affair, but I'd like to see him and his attorney explain the elaborate measures taken to hide the transaction.
