The ask in this lawsuit was a slap in the face of Federalism, which is the linchpin of our constitution.
No one, and I literally mean, no one, expected the court to hear this case. Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton didn't really expect it to be heard. The people that signed on to this lawsuit didn't expect it to be heard. This was a song and dance to make the mad king happy, and most importantly, for Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton to get in Trump's good favor - enough to maybe get a pardon for the fraud investigation he's under.
As I've said before, same swamp, different alligators.
I don't know how many more mic drops I've gotta do...

The Electoral College meets on Monday to finalize it. If they say Biden wins, I wonder what Trump will do.
