Yes I agree, what's the big deal? Why get upset over a game being delayed? If it's a crappy game, fine blast it, but if it's good (which I think it will be), I'll just play it when it comes out...

I just read a review for KOTOR which mentioned that it had won Best of Show at E3 2001. 2-1/2 years later, it's finally out and the only thing that's prevented it from toppling Halo (which I think is terribly overrated) from it's "Best on the 'Box" throne is the reviews have dinged it a bit for the graphics not being as slick as they think they should be.

The next chapter in 3D Realms' sassy shooter franchise won't be ready until Q4 2004 at the earliest.

What's the hurry. :lol

Heard they were gonna hire Tom Landry and Bill Parcells to oversee the dev team and get it finished :)

I just kinda let myself forget about it...and when it finally does get slated for release I'll come to my senses :D

GameSpot reported Duke Nukem Forever was now using Doom III technology. {Note how Take-Two 's CEO throws his hands up when a ship date is mentioned}.

Thankfully that story was false! Duke won't be changing engines and thereby facing massive delays. http://www.eurogamer.net/article.php?article_id=56569

Hey rogue: the ship date is now 6/15/05 :jester
