I've read all the recent stuff and waded through about 5 pages of comments on the Escapist. It really boils down to the money. If (and probably a big if in this case) they have an accountant who can provide info on what $$ came in, what got spent where (roughly), and what's left, that would end the discussion.

I hope they are able to pull something together b/c it will hurt crowdfunding if they don't. Maybe ED can buy the assets at a bankruptcy auction and put some of the SC ships into the game...at 1/10 the size of regular ships
