Post by Busby »

Downloading now at close to 1MB/sec off of Worthplaying #3 (GA Tech network on labor day weekend when no one is around). Bout 85% done. I'll edit/reply with thoughts when I can play it. Hopefully it fufills what I've read about it.

Got it. Played through the level. It's fun. Quake 3 engine for sure. Pretty cool weapons (I didn't realize I had like 3 or 4 for awhile). I'll play it again when I'm not encoding a movie and can have it not lag.

Wow! Just got around to checking out the demo. Intense! Great light and sound show! AND you can save anywhere. A MUST in my book anyhow.
Played liquid smooth too on my xp 1800, ti4200.
Din't much care for the zoom thru the gun sight though.. fould it easier not to use that. Kinda blocks the view of your taget IMHO.
If you enjoyed MOHaa grab this demo!

I like that they made the keyboard controls VERY flexible. You have the option of setting up a toggled prone or momentary prone key. I prefer the toggle - it's about time a game gave you a choice in these things.

The explosions are definately juicy eye-candy.

Not very realistic that you're carrying an M1 and a Thompson, but all these games are like that.

That might make the game more authentic/realistic but would take out too much fun ... at least you can not carry all the guns with a ton of ammo for every one at the same time (Quake anyone?). You're limited to one rifle, one MP, one Pistol and grenades.

I loved MoH:AA and this looks to be another great WW2 themed shooter, but even better. I know I'll be getting it for sure!
