Let my my bud borrow max p[ayne 2 and i borrowed this from him

What settings are you guys using?

Right now Im running

1024 x 768
all details cranked up in game
2x aa and 16x af in ati control panel
game looks good and runs smooth at these settings- anything else i should crank or adjust

Whats this motion blur thing, by default its off in NFSU and i havent touched it?

FUN game!

Motion blur is just that. The screen gets blurred as you go faster. It's pretty cool when you're dragging with a skyline going 180+ with NOS boosting.

Tips: Learn the good shortcuts. Drive aggresive. Take some chances and watch out for the computer. Especially in the storm drain thingy....They try to split the poles but they usually suck. Learn the strengths and strong parts of the roads, where to boost and where not to boost, where to pass where not to pass, etc. etc.

will AA work with the motion blur on? Does it look better with it on?

Dunno. I don't use motion blur all the time. I have my Radeon set to 4x AA and 4x AF all the time. I just know the game looks damn good.

ok, I will set to 4xaa tonight and see how it runs i have af at 16 right now and dont want to crank that down but will if the aa makes it look better then the af

BTW at what im running now its gorgeouus smooth rounded sufaces and aesome reflections
