The PC is the slowest with a combined load time of 3:26 for Story Mode and an Invite Only session. The Xbox Series X takes 1:20 for both.

I never got around to posting that article here that I sent you that explains that the slow load times are due to some sloppy code that only uses one CPU thread to intensively parse a file that contains a huge list of all the assets in the game that can be purchased with in game money. Needless to say, this list has gotten longer in 7 years.
The irony is that the guy who figured this out fixed it himself easily, but it involves altering a DLL which the game will detect as a cheat If you try to actually play online in a public server. He sent the info to Rockstar but who knows if they'll ever fix it:
