possible tv problem ?

don't know if anyone have a clue on this problem were having .
are tv flicking line on the bottom of the screen . this only happen on commercials, when a regular tv program or the news is playing on tv the screen is fine. no flickering line at all on the screen .

Is it only on certain channels as well... if so its then engineers at the networks not knowing how to broadcast 4:3 in 16:9. If you only see it on TV stations and never on any other input its not your TV.

thanks Pugsley - no its any channel .at this time its not something that will make me run out and buy a replacement tv. but it is odd even the wife realizes its happening . funny thing is she asked me about it last night . but also did the normal { your not buying a Replacement }. its been for a couple weeks at least going on .
even did a Google search and there nothing about what are tv doing .
