Just thought of something. Should i have bridged the connection for 3 & 4 for the sub? i just tried both sub +/- wires on either 3 or 4.

Checked the sub and the terminals in the box slipped off the adapter in the box. tightened them and voila, bass. I just need to get the 2 rca Y cables and I will be all done with the wiring. Thanks for all the support Mickey. It's been 20 years since i did this so your help was a godsend.

Yeah, I'm a fan of crimping the terminals down a bit on speakers. They always seem to manager to wiggle off. Yes, you should bridge the 3&4 channels to the sub. You may try that 2ch/4ch switch (with the RCAs connected to 1&2) again now that the sub is good. That should do what you need.

Mickey, I have stopped using the Sub in this thread due to a lack of leg room and am looking at alternatives. What do you think about this one?

You may consider a different box for the 10" instead. The new box you're looking at is pretty deep too. Otherwise, Tang Band does make pretty good stuff.
