mostly for FP and normalicy
I was told today that for most systems you really don't need anything more then 18 gage . unless your running like 1000 watts to your speakers.
this seem correct to you guys !
the Last time I was Talking to myself . I got into such a heated argument . that is why I swore I never talk to that guy again. you know what it worked now no buddy talking to me. :help

With 8 ohm loads, I tend to agree. Though personally, I like to go a bit over (16 gauge). Now if the speakers are taking 500-1000w, then we're talking something different.

Yeah I like to stil to 16 gauge, but unless you're pushing a lot of power it's more than enough.
