Coyote trilogy by Alan Steele - SF

Post by wvjohn »

Nice old school Sci-fi about colonization of a planet 40 light years away by means of successive ships sent years apart - by different flavors of the government. They do not all get along.

Good narrative, raises some good questions. I'm almost finished with vol 2.

Sounds interesting. I've read other books along the same lines.

Turns out there are about 5 in the core series and then a couple more involving Coyote. I'm just finishing the 3rd one. Good stuff.

If you want to check his stuff out without jumping into a long series try Hex - I just started this and it has a fascinating Ringworld element to it.
