soyo 6b+ halts

I have this p2 soyo some 6b+ or something mb and it starts fine checks all mem etc. no errors, but it freezes to the text "checking ecc" or something where should come text starting windows or no bootrecord or somehing, but there isn't any text at all!

I have cleared cmos and take all parts away and tried differend parts (graphics card, ram, floppy etc.) but no.

So do u had have the same problem? how to fix it?

I saw in soyo homepages that there was this problem explained, so it could be manufacturing / engineering error.....
