Only reason I would want verson 1 is cause it is cheaper. I need one that has Onboard video.

This is what I am planing. I sold the Mboard that was in my briefcase system. I would install the nforce in its place and use the onboard video for most stuff, but also have a Real agp card avaiable for it. IE a r8500 or something for gaming.

I was kind of looking between these 2 cause they are cheap at the ASSY store newegg.

the smaller one has onboard nic which is NICE!
