I've recieved 2 pci cards:
1st: WINBOUND safety card MAX (pci - XP, MAX 3.1) 11,2003
2nd: WINBOUND safety card ULTRA (PCI - XP, Extra 2,3) 02,2004

can someone tell me what the hell these are...??

I'm assuming the the Ultra card is better than the Max...
