I'm using Crucial 256M PC2100 cas2.5 ddr sticks and they run at the fastest settings at 152Mhz (haven't tested them higher). I got them for $32 a stick with free shipping directly from Crucial.

I've used Crucial PC2100 @ 164FSB but had to drop it to CL3. At CL2, I was able to get 157......

I just built a rig for a guy with an epox 8KHA+ mobo ( nice board! KT266A chipset) and some Crucial PC2100 stuff and it wouldn't even do 140 FSB with the mem settings max'd. That's weak ! No biggie tho as everything will be running at default speeds etc for him. Just thought I'd test it and see what it would do.
