What model numbers?

Offhand I'd suggest an Asus because I've heard more good about them than MSI.

I'm still running one msi-6163pro BX mobo hereabouts - you can use socket 370 p3s with a slocket - rock solid + and a good overclocker - but not sure if it will handle celermines - you can find them a closeout places for ~40

I have an Asus tuv-4x and a tusl2-c and they're both okay. My first asus mbs so the bios is a bit different for navigating but they both work well. The tusl offers voltage adjustment and has the 815 cs while the tuv is via with not voltage adjustment although my 1.1 went to 1.46 with stock voltage and a big hs/fan.

Not familiar with any MSI intel boards.
