Trying to breath new life into an old system. Never thought I'd be trying to OC a SS7 setup.
Thanks!

What's the "best" SS7 heatsink/fan combo?
i had a 300 at 450 and a 400 at 550. I used the original alphas. standuard all aluminum and 60mm y's tech. VROOM! Also if U take a rasorblade U can Pop off the Cap on the cpu and it looks like a durron under there. Might be able 2 get a Little extra Juice that way as well. http://www.2cooltek.com sells the heatsinks still I think along with other options U might want 2 try.

I forgot to add, it's a K63+, which is why I am interested in OCing it. Supposedly some people have had some luck getting them up to 600 at maybe 2.1 to 2.2 V (2.0 is the standard voltage for this chip).
Thanks!

Nexus- BTW, is that the PEP or the PAL? They seem to say FCPGA or Socket A. Will it still fit?
