what ddr ram pc is better 2100 or 2700

what ddr ram pc is better 2100 or 2700

First time going into using ddr motherboard. I got me a soyo dragon kt333 lite and amd xp 1600. I have one stick of 256mb ddr ram pc2100 will this anyway affect the outcome when overclocking. Should i ditch this ram and go for 256mb ram 2700.

2100 will work fine if your gonna run 133 FSB but if you plan on overclocking i'd get some PC2700 but if you got a couple more bucks more plan for the future and get some PC3200... 200/400 ddr
