Need help identifying an old P3 board that's VERY UNIQUE

Ok, I could probably figure it out with some info and Google. HOWEVER, my friend's bitchy mom let me help him with his computer, up until now. Now she's pissed and kicked me out of the house. He's suppose to be grounded, now I can't even ask a few simple questions over the phone.
Needless to say, I need to figure this out by looks. I have NO idea of the manufacterer.
The current processor is a Socket whatever at 650 MHz
SO, here's what I got:
I think the fact that the board had Slot or Socket and AT or ATX power support really limits the possibilites.
If anyone has any good strings I could search in google with, let me know. I'm out of ideas.
So, lets see what ya'll got! I mainly need to know the capabilities of the board, graphics cards it can support, and how much ram it can handle.
THANKS PEOPLE!

SO, here's what I got:
- Has an AT Style that supports either AT OR ATX Power Supplies. However, the layout is still AT.
- Has both a Socket (what socket is it, for a P3?) and a Slot A I believe.
- Has three ram slots
- Has an AGP slot
- I'm guessing it has 3 PCI and 1 ISA Slot, but I don't remember.
- I think the PCB was orange...
