The Last BX Board goes out in a blaze of glory

Post by wvjohn »

dug out my old msi BX board to build a win98 system to run some stuff that was not XP friendly

put it together, powered it up, and several capacitors sizzled out at once, made a crackling sound and then emitted long plumes of smoke which proceeded to fill the basement...........

the end of an era!

Send the board to me and I can attempt to replace the bad caps. ;)
