Help me figure out a good NB cooling solution that fits!

Running an ABIT IC7-Max3 with a Zalman 7000ACU HSF but now my North Bridge hsf (ABIT OEM(NEWER STYLE)) has a fan that is dying. What NB HSF fit's this Mobo/HSF combo considering the OTES cooling and the space that takes. I just got this Zalman and really like it but would like some serious NB cooling like the Thermalright NB-1C Chipset Cooler, but will it fit?

the chipset doesnt need much cooling but if it seriously bothers you
go buy a p55c or "old pentium" heatsink and arctic silver epoxy it on their, then u can replace the fan anytime it goes bad

just stick with zalman... they make a NB heat sink jobby. I just broke a few of the "fins" or "pins" off of it to clear the SP97. you could do the same if you want. they also sell one where some of the pins are half height for just what problem you have.

here just scroll down to the zalman section. I got lucky and they had the silver ones. you can leave a comment in your order to get the silver ones if you dont like the gold ones.

I thought of it but my mobo don't have hole to mount them with. I could thermal epoxy them rather not........

if you notice mine are both epoxyd on. They work just as good.

How about for vericle mounted systems.... do the epoxied HS units ever slip or crack off and fall? I had this happen once, thats why i ask.
