That's really impressive! Especially considering the low voltage required. Sounds like you have a winner on your hands.
I also just reached the 1.1 GHz mark with a 900 slot a Athlon T-bird. Much more effort was required tho...had to take it out of the case and have a guy machine some screw holes into the bottom of my Alpha P7125 so I could mount it directly on the core and screw it tight from the back. Works like a charm tho on a K7Pro mobo w/ 128 MB Enhanced SDRAM.
Anyway, congrats! That's really strong for a 700.

Wow you really should post up some Sandra benches, that's quite a feat!!!! You're turning 1160 mhz there !!!
What chipset are u using?
I'm running my Slot 1 cc0 P3 700E on a BX-based mobo at 1121 mhz w/ an air-cooled pelt.
Here's some benches clocked back to 1100:

Wow!

And I'm just going to nip over to the darkside for a bit!
That's very impressive breaking a gig for anyone with intel.

I'm almost there with a p3/800e cbo got it stable at 990 in win2fk on my msi 6163pro bx - but the current sweet spot is a measly 960 - maybe this weekend i'll have time to playwith it - might even look into flashing the bios on the board - i'm running whatever came with it 18 mos ago
