1333mhz?400mhz?667mhz?

Ok Im lost. So there I was in my bios thinkin bout doin some OC'n on my core duo after reading the reviews how peepz got some mad speeds out of it. First proc is E6750 Conroe running at stock speeds. Mem is Crucial pc6400 2 gig, 4-4-4-12 timings. How tha hell do I get this thing turned up? There is some settings in the bios for "clock speeds/fsb proc/fsb mem/fsb-mem linked. If I set the "epp memory" to "expert" I can mess with the fsb settings for the proc/mem. The proc is set to 1333 and mem is set to 800. I ran the proc up to 1450 and rebooted and the proc speed went from 2.66 to 2.67..... what tha hell am I doing wrong? Should I up the multiplier instead? This is way different then the old amd 64 setup. Fig someone here been tweakin some core duo's so help a ninja out. :lol
