That's a very significant difference. I would actually use this if it could be bought pre-made. I've always been afraid of any metallic thermal grease.

I've tried it, works fairly well - performs about 3c better than Arctic Silver on average. Its harder to apply though, because it has a higher viscosity and is thicker.

Holy snap... that's a big change... maybe this will help my comp get past it's 2.7GHz barrier... and can you imagine if you put this to use in a laptop cooling system? Wow...
